What is your return policy? We want you to love your art! If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (original packaging recommended).
How do I return an item? Please email us at byestherart@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. (Note: Unless the item is defective, customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs).
What if my order arrives damaged? We are so sorry if this happens! Please email us at byestherart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number.
Photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged goods immediately.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to get my order? Because we create every piece on demand to reduce waste, delivery takes two steps:
Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your poster.
Shipping: The average shipping time depends on your location.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Europe: 3–8 business days
USA: 3–6 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from? We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will likely ship from the facility closest to your address to ensure the quickest delivery and lower carbon emissions!
Production & Sustainability
Why does shipping take a little longer than usual? This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. We produce on demand rather than in bulk. This approach significantly helps reduce overproduction and waste. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions that support a more sustainable art market!
Shipping Costs & Customs
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Because we work with local production partners in over 30 countries, we are often able to offer local shipping rates for customers in the EU, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes? We do our best to produce your order in the facility nearest to you (e.g., EU orders are printed in the EU, US orders in the USA) to minimize customs duties. However, if you are ordering internationally or to a location where we do not have a local production partner, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.
