We want you to love your art! If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (original packaging recommended).

How do I return an item?

(Note: Unless the item is defective, customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs).

Safety & Warranty (EU Compliance)

Is there a warranty on my purchase?
Yes. In accordance with EU regulations, we offer a 14 day on our products to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Are there any age restrictions or safety warnings?

Age Recommendation: These products are intended for adults.
Safety Standards: Our products meet specific requirements regarding small parts and magnetic flux index levels.

Product Safety (GPSR) Notice
In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), ByEstherArt ensures that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards.

Need to report a safety concern?
For any product safety-related inquiries, please contact us directly at byestherart@gmail.com.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?
Because we create every piece on demand to reduce waste, delivery takes two steps:

Fulfillment: It takes 2–5 business days to create your poster.
Shipping: The average shipping time depends on your location.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Europe: 3–8 business days
USA: 3–6 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Note: These are estimates. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your art is shipped.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Your order will likely ship from the facility closest to your address to ensure the quickest delivery and lower carbon emissions!

Production & Sustainability

Why does shipping take a little longer than usual?
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. We produce on demand rather than in bulk. This approach significantly helps reduce overproduction and waste. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions that support a more sustainable art market!

Shipping Costs & Customs

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Because we work with local production partners in over 30 countries, we are often able to offer local shipping rates for customers in the EU, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
We do our best to produce your order in the facility nearest to you (e.g., EU orders are printed in the EU, US orders in the USA) to minimize customs duties. However, if you are ordering internationally or to a location where we do not have a local production partner, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Please note: ByEstherArt is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of goods.
